Wine that has matured in bottle for years tastes completely different from a young wine. Notes of honey, mushroom, tobacco, leather or dried fruit appear, and every bottle is a little different. That is why we have created a new mature vintage wine tasting.
How it works
You start with a short chat with the sommelier about the wines you enjoy. Based on that, seven aged wines from around the world are selected from our archive just for you. You taste each one as a sample of approx. 0.05 l. Wines are poured with the Coravin system, so every rare bottle stays in perfect condition. Includes a tasting platter with cheese, charcuterie and bread, and espresso to finish.
