Botrytised Riesling Auslese from the Ürziger Würzgarten vineyard on the Mosel. Very ripe yellow fruit, honey and hints of marzipan, sweetness balanced by high acidity. With apple tart, crème brûlée or blue cheese. Serve at 8 to 10 °C.
