How it works
Taste in numbered order using the tasting sheet. You describe each wine, estimate its ageing potential and give it a score. Can you taste the oak in the Pouilly-Fuissé, or does it only add texture? When will the Nebbiolo peak? Can you recognise noble rot? You don't have to finish the set in one evening, enjoy it at your own pace. And if you share it with friends, the tasting is even more fun. Every bottle has a QR code on the sheet, so you can easily reorder the wines you liked.
