A dry Grüner Veltliner from Austria's Weinviertel, made by the Ebinger family estate in Poysdorf, now run by the third generation. Lively and fresh, full of ripe citrus, opening into the variety's typical gentle spice, crisp grapefruit and a delicate mineral finish. Aged in stainless steel.
