A crisp, elegant Pinot Grigio from sunny, dry central western Sicily, grown with sustainable techniques. Light and fruity, it opens with tropical fruit and a hint of almond, followed by green apple and peach on the palate, delicate floral notes and a well balanced mineral finish.
