Chardonnay from Pouilly-Fuissé, the most famous appellation of Burgundy's Mâconnais. Partly aged in oak barrels. Fruity, turning into ripe nut flavours, with elegant, drinkable minerality. With chicken in cream sauce, lobster or Comté. Serve at 11 to 13 °C.
