Prosecco Spago DOC Treviso Frizzante Extra Dry, Giovanni Bedin
About the product
A gently sparkling Prosecco from the Giovanni Bedin family estate in Treviso, making wine for three generations since 1948. Fresh, light and fruity bubbles with the traditional closure: a cork tied with string, spago in Italian.
Prosecco is made by the Charmat method. The second fermentation that creates the bubbles happens in large stainless steel tanks rather than in the bottle as in Champagne, which keeps the clean, fresh fruit of the Glera grape.
