About the product

Roero shows the more delicate side of Nebbiolo. Aromas of roses, raspberries and light spice lead to an elegant, velvety palate. Fine tannins and a mineral line reflect the sandy soils of Roero. The family winery Rabino focuses on varietal purity and local terroir. With truffle pasta or veal ragù. Serve at 16 to 18 °C.
