About the product

A dry Silvaner from the renowned Escherndorfer Lump vineyard in Franconia. The vineyard sits on almost pure shell limestone, which gives the wine its minerality and delicate spice. Aged on the fine lees in stainless steel until bottling.

On the nose hay, herbs and a hint of apple; on the palate herbal spice and a delicate acidity.
