Open the tasting sheet and taste in numbered order, from fresh whites through the red to the Pálava. Each wine comes with a simple task. Where do you feel the acidity? Is the wine really sweet, or does it just smell sweet? How do tannins dry your gums? You don't have to finish the set in one evening, enjoy it at your own pace. And if you share it with friends, the tasting is even more fun. Whenever you're ready, enter the code at winetellect.com, take the Level 1 test and get a certificate with your name. The Level 1 e-book covers the basics, grape varieties, wine styles and Central European quality designations.
