What you will experience
You develop advanced tasting techniques and carry out a sensory analysis of spirits. We look at production methods, cask ageing and the influence of wood on aroma and flavour. With the extended Le Nez du Whisky and Le Nez du Cognac kits you practise identifying aromas and flavour profiles on five premium samples.

Do I need previous experience?
This is an advanced course, so experience tasting spirits helps.
Can I come on my own?
Yes, many of our guests come alone.
How do I choose a date?
After purchase you receive a code by email, which you enter when booking your date online.
Can I give the course as a gift?
Yes. The voucher is valid for 6 months and can be extended by arrangement.
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over. We may ask for ID on arrival.
