What you will experience
You refine your tasting technique and learn to describe wine more precisely. We explain how quality classifications work in France, Germany, Italy and Spain and introduce the best known European grape varieties. You find out which wines are worth laying down and how to decant them properly. You try everything on ten samples from across Europe.
